The Remodelling Process

Initial Consultation
Every remodel begins with a conversation. Come in with your ideas, or any pictures you may have found for inspiration, along with your cherished pieces — an heirloom ring, a bracelet no longer worn, loose stones from a broken setting. Ross will discuss your vision, lifestyle and budget, and together we assess the gold, gemstones and diamonds available for re-use, exploring design possibilities that re-imagine them into something new. Above all, our focus is ensuring you feel completely confident in the direction before any work begins.

Sketching
From this conversation, we translate your ideas into hand-drawn concepts. Multiple design directions may be sketched, allowing you to compare styles — from minimalist rub-over settings to more ornate, statement designs — before a final direction is agreed upon.

3D Modelling
Once a design is chosen, it's rendered into a precise 3D model, giving you the exact proportions, stone placements and finishes the piece will feature. This allows you to see and try on your remodelled jewellery exactly as it will look and feel, giving you the opportunity to approve every detail — or request adjustments — before work begins.

Crafting
Once approved, Ross begins work to create the design into your new piece of jewellery, ensuring the sentimental value of the original material carries through.

Final Fitting
The completed piece is presented for a final fitting, ready to be worn and loved again.
